The basis of Mezhtopenergobank’s successful work is the particular attention it pays to serving its clients (legal entities).  The rule by which Mezhtopenergobank governs itself is that each operation be carried out precisely and on time, while taking an individual approach to our clients’ problems and demands and building up a special relation with them.

Mezhtopenergobank provides a wide range of services for its Clients.  One of these is the ‘Bank-Client’ system, which allows a Client to manage the funds in his account without leaving his office.  The Bank’s Clients can also use depository services, rent individual bank deposit boxes, purchase depository certificates and Mezhtopenergobank promissory notes (which can be used as a convenient way of settling accounts with counteragents).

For it’s Clients convenience, the Bank started to offer services for speeding up payments such as first transfer payments, urgent transfer of funds and evening payments.  The Bank increased the time during which it accepts payment that are fulfilled on the same day until 6pm, and upon special agreement until 8pm.

The Bank has also lowered its charges for many services, including making a number of them free (for example, connection to the ‘Bank-Client’ system).
